INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy focuses on deepening the understanding of self, resolving issues based in past conflicts, and reducing unwanted symptoms through greater awareness, acceptance and change. I create an individual-driven treatment plan for each patient based on goals, desires, and "stuck points" in ones life.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead and struggling with motivation or direction. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, leading to positive change.  I promote thought and behavioral transformation by encouraging a forward-focused outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and responses to old stimuli. I have the experience to guide you as you explore new trails.
